We appreciate your interest in inviting the Assistant Secretary for Health (ASH), to speak at your event. When submitting your online request, we also recommend you e-mail a formal letter of invitation on your organization’s letterhead to ash@hhs.gov.

All requests will be reviewed by the Assistant Secretary for Health’s Calendar Review Committee before a final determination is made. Given the volume of invitations the ASH receives, we cannot guarantee a response sooner than 4-6 weeks after the invitation is submitted. Please be sure to provide full, accurate, and specific information as the committee that reviews your invitation will base their recommendation on the information you submit through this process. We ask that you limit supplemental materials that you feel would be useful to the Review Committee in rendering a decision to no more than 4 pages.
